What is Covered: Your personal property within your leased unit is protected against various perils, including but not limited to:
- Fire, lightning, windstorm, hail, tornado, hurricane, explosion
- Burglary with visible marks of forcible entry
- Rodent Damage
- Transit-related damages within 100 miles of the leased premises
- Extra rental expenses due to premises damage

What Is Not Covered:
While our insurance provides extensive coverage, it's essential to be aware of exclusions, such as:
- Important papers, money, jewelry, watches, and furs
- Flood, unexplained disappearance, and certain perils outlined in the policy
Check Your Existing Coverage
While our insurance offers specialized coverage, review your current policies with your insurance agent. Your renter's, homeowner's, vehicle, or other policies may provide additional coverage.

- $2,000 coverage: $9 monthly premium
- $3,000 coverage: $13 monthly premium
- $5,000 coverage: $22 monthly premium
- $10,000 coverage: $45 monthly premium
- $20,000 coverage: $89 monthly premium

How to File a Claim
